Through strategic planning, I will be able to achieve a great end result with an all encompassing CRM that is accessible and useful across all departments of your company. From there I assist the team to create SOPs and document the new processes and this enables any person in your company to follow the step by step process to reach the needed outcome.
Operations Management
I will oversee all daily operations for your various projects and team management. We can review what you have in place, make any needed adjustments, create reports and then keep daily processes efficient, moving forward and within budget.
My Story
I have served a company and a market I have loved for over 20 years! I have decided to take my show on my own road! Now I want to continue doing what I love for YOUR company. I started out as an Ad Coordinator and Circulation Manager, within this company, worked as an onsite Event Coordinator, then as we grew I took on a Sales Manager role. I then progressed into my Director role where I stayed for the remainder of my career. During those last years I grew as a leader as I took Leadership courses, managed and created budgets, migrated CRMs, created SOPs to implement innovative business processes, mentored company team members and always kept 100% customer satisfaction at the forefront of my actions. I’ve been providing non-stop leadership, project management, system implementations, sales management, organization and 100% customer satisfaction to my company and clients. My focus is always on building efficient, loyal, fair and results-driven relationships. I’ll work with you to create a customized plan of action for yourself and your organization.
